King David's Boombox
Thinking out of the Box with DJ Ox

For far too long, the Christian community has been forced into one box or another.
We’ve been called “creepy Christians.”
We’ve been labeled “hypocrites.”
And sadly, some do wear the name “Christian” but don’t truly walk with Christ. They fear hell, but not enough to acknowledge God the Father, Jesus Christ, or Mister H — the Holy Spirit. They want heaven, but not accountability for the life they choose to live.
We are constantly judged, mocked, and misunderstood. The world often laughs at believers or brushes us off as fanatics.
Your brother, Ox, is far from perfect — not even close. But I love Jesus Christ. I need Abba. And I’m grateful to have Mister H with me at all times.
That’s why I created “Outside the Box with Ox.”
This isn’t just a radio show — it’s a space where truth meets grace. My goal is to help separate the wolves from the sheep and give anyone who wants it, time with Jesus every weekday. I share the Word, my thoughts, and the insights Mister H places on my heart. Sometimes I get it right; sometimes I miss the mark — but my desire is always to speak from a heart that belongs to God. I want to push the true followers of Christ out of that box — to help believers grow in faith, build trust, and strengthen a real relationship with the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
Brothers and sisters, don’t let the world box us in.
We are sons and daughters of the one true God.
He came to earth in the flesh, walked in perfection, loved without limits, and corrected with compassion.
And to those who don’t know Jesus — or who’ve been hurt by people pretending to represent Him — I want you to know this:
A real follower of Christ isn’t what the world has painted us to be.
We’re not here to condemn. We’re here to love, to serve, and to show the world that Jesus is still alive and changing hearts today.
Welcome to King David’s Boom Box — where we praise like David praised, think outside the box, and let the Spirit lead every beat.

Our Commitment to Christ-Centered Music
At KDBB Radio (King David’s Boom Box), we believe that every song, every lyric, and every broadcast should glorify Jesus Christ.
We only platform artists who are unashamed of Jesus Christ.
That’s not judgment — that’s stewardship.
God entrusted us with this microphone not as a popularity platform, but as a ministry tool to uplift, encourage, and spread the truth of the Gospel through music.
KDBB proudly supports artists who boldly profess their faith in Jesus — not just in their songs, but in the way they live and witness to others.
If you ever hear an artist on our station who has publicly distanced themselves from being called a “Christian artist,” please reach out.
You can email us or DM us on social media to let us know.
On the left is the current list of artists who have chosen to step away from the Christian title or public witness of faith:
Lecrae – Publicly stated he no longer identifies as a “Christian rapper,” though he continues to create faith-inspired music.
Andy Mineo – Has shared he prefers to be known as an artist who happens to be Christian, rather than a “Christian artist.”
NF (Nate Feuerstein) – While often reflecting on faith and morality, he has clarified that he doesn’t make “Christian music.”
Tori Kelly – Continues to sing songs of faith and hope but avoids the industry label of “Christian artist.”
Lauren Daigle – Expressed that her music is for everyone and doesn’t want to be confined by genre or label.
Kirk Franklin – Maintains his ministry focus but often challenges the industry’s labeling practices.
